I work with people 1-on-1 — whether you're thinking about starting but group classes feel like too much, or you're already training and want to build a clearer path through the positions. Gi and no-gi.

Training
Private sessions give you space to work through things at your own pace — no pressure, no keeping up with the class. Everything is built around where you are right now.
New to BJJ
Starting is the hardest part. Group classes can feel overwhelming when you don't know the positions, the etiquette, or what to do when someone's sitting on your chest.
Private sessions give you a head start. We'll work on how to be safe in bad positions, how to protect yourself, and how to breathe when the pressure's on. The goal isn't to win — it's to survive. Everything builds from there.
Already Training
If you're going to classes but feel like you're collecting techniques without a system, private sessions help you connect the dots. We'll build a simple plan from each bad position — a survival posture, one reliable escape, back to somewhere neutral.
Instead of trying to remember fifty moves, you'll have a clear path from anywhere. We'll work on closing defensive gaps, using timing instead of strength, and finding the guard that fits your body.
Private training isn't a replacement for group classes — I'd always recommend training in a room full of different body types, speeds, and styles. Privates fill the gaps that group classes can't: the specific questions, the positions that keep catching you out, the game plan you haven't built yet.
